Store Policy

Our Exchange & Store Credit Policy is effective for 14 Days from your Purchase Date.

To be eligible for credit, Clothing Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that all other items (i.e. books, food products, Jon Hart, etc.) are Final Sale Items and will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. 

*Discounted, Clearance Items, Seasonal Merchandise, Furniture, Lighting, & Decor are not eligible for credit/exchange*

To complete your return, we require your receipt as proof of purchase. 

Furniture and Lighting Sales are FINAL. We not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as all pieces are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Make sure to inspect all pieces immediately upon delivery. Claims must be submitted within 48 Hours and a replacement shipment will be arranged. 

All other Order Claims must be made within 7 Days of Delivery with Proof of Defect/Damage emailed to: shop@revelwilde.com
